Minor Verification Form

The PhD minor in Cultural Studies requires successful completion of 12 credit hours in Cultural Studies. Four of those hours must come from C601 Introduction to Cultural Studies. The remaining hours should consist of three sections of C701 Special Topics in Cultural Studies (or their approved equivalents, either C790 Independent Study or another course previously approved by the program director on an ad-hoc basis). Once your course of study is complete, please download and fill out the linked file. Once the form is complete, please submit it via email to cstudies@iu.edu. We will confirm with you via email once it is received and processed.
